Three-run balancing

The method uses vibration amplitudes without a trial weight and with the same weight in three positions: 0°, 120°, and 240°.

How to perform the work

  1. Make an initial measurement without a trial weight.
  2. Repeat measurements with the same trial weight in three positions.
  3. Enter the measurements into the tool and install the calculated correction weight.
Important. All measurements must be made under the same conditions and at the same speed. An unstable operating mode makes the result unreliable.
